They seem to have changed the flavoring of this once delicious and effective sleep gummy. It used to have a wonderfully bittersweet taste that I looked forward to most nights. Almost like the white grapefruits of my childhood that I would put a lot of sugar on to balance the bitterness. A wonderful memory and this used to bring it back full circle for me. The recipe seems to have changed in the last 6 months or so. Now it’s blandly sweet in the middle and they put some sweet and sour flavoring on top then coat it with sugar. It’s still effective, but boy do I miss what made it special - what made it stand out. Please go back to the recipe you used a year ago or so. It was the most perfect gummy I’ve had to date.
I don't have trouble falling to sleep, but I do have issues with sleepwalking and restlessness and lucid dreaming. Started dropping one of these gummies at bedtime two weeks ago and have slept through each night with no incidents and no groggy mornings. Currently a believer in this gummy.
